The Villach meat cutting plant - the largest pork cutting plant in Austria - specialises in the fine cutting of pork. The raw meat is processed in accordance with customer requirements: Costumized primal cuts for curing or cooking as well as fat level guaranteed raw materials for the sausage production are supplied to the industry. Standardized primal cuts, weight controlled steaks as well as MAP-packages are supplied to our retail and food service costumers. A spacious and fully automated shock freezing unit and adequately sized storage freezers ensure the highest freezing quality. A sophisicated logistical system links all processing steps. This systematic connection of deboning, vaccuum packing or wrapping, carton packing and shock freezing minimizes the process time. The uninterrupted cooling chain, automated checking and measuring systems, inventory management in fully automated box storage units guarantee product safety.
