The Marcher Family: Successfully family owned for the third generation.

Marcher Fleischwerke is a traditional, Austrian family business, which is now being led by the third generation. Since 2018 the Marcher Group has been among the top ten food and beverage companies in Austria.

Marcher Fleischwerke are Austria’s biggest and most modern slaughter and meat cutting company. In 2015, with the acquisition of Aibler and Blasko Convenience Companies, the group of companies their area and scope of operations to the production of ham, sausages and ready meals. At the end of 2017, the Landhof and Loidl operations were acquired and thus, the expansion of the sausage and ham product line was carried out. New products that were added due to this acquisition were salami and raw sausages along with meatless cold cut products.

Regional responsibility and the production of high-quality, sustainable products are essential parts of the Marcher corporate philosophy.

In addition to the highest quality of meat, Marcher is characterized by modern production technologies, strict hygiene rules and respectful treatment of the slaughtered animals. Understanding customer needs and responding to them is the key to long-term partnerships and business relationships in Austria, Europe and in the world market.
