The Villach plant focusses on the cutting of pork. With a capacity of 700 pork sides per hour it is the largest of its kind in Austria. This plant now also serves as the central logistics platform, since a fully automated box- and palette storage system has been implemented. Since 2004 there is also a departement for the production of consumer-packages. The range of packages for self-service counters in food retailers includes beef and pork-steaks, escallopes and diced meat als well as minced meat. In 2012 a separate section for the production of frozen burger-patties was built which meanwhile delivers into 7 countries.

After purchasing the slaughterhouse at the end the 1990s the slaughter facilities and chilling rooms have been updated to the latest technology. In 2008 and 2009 an ultra-modern and highperformance beef deboning plant was built.

The former local community slaughterhouse was originally built in 1910. Since 2002 it is operated by Marcher Fleischwerke. Its technology has been entirely replaced or upgraded in the meantime. The large majority of Carinthian cattle and pigs is slaughtered here.
This slaughterhouse specialises in beef and was built in 1996 as an organic slaughterhouse, then purchased by Marcher Fleischwerke in 2008. In 2016, the latest stage of expansion to increase capacity and efficiency was completed.

The regional slaughterhouse Scheinecker in Steinekirchen, located in the centre of the Upper Austrian beef and pork production, was purchased and upgraded in 2012.

Plant Oberwaltersdorf specialises in the production of ham, sausage and convenience products and distributes exclusively to discount retailers in Austria, Hungary, Slovenia and Switzerland.
Plant Bruck produces convenience and ready-made specialities such as minced meat patties, escalopes, chicken nuggets, burgers or dumplings. The entire range consists of more than 80 products. The company supplies food retailers as well as food service markets in Austria and neighbouring countries.

The Linz location – known as LANDHOF – was acquired by the Marcher Group at the end of 2017 and specializes in ham, Vienna sausage, sliced sausage, sausage spread, Cabanossi or summer sausage and grilled specialties.
The products can be found in food retailers and discount stores in Austria and Europe.
The factory in St. Stefan im Rosental – known as LOIDL – was acquired by the Marcher Group at the end of 2017. LOIDL specializes in salami and raw sausages. These high-quality products are especially popular due to their recipe and long ripening process. The products are mainly found in Austrian food retailers and discount stores. Vegetarian products are produced in a standalone plant section, which are sold both domestically and abroad as well in high quantities.
